Binding Moratorium Update - Tropical Storm Cristobal

Effective June 3rd, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST, London Underwriters will be issuing a New Business and Endorsement Binding Moratorium for all policies requiring windstorm coverage in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

The Moratorium applies to both Commercial and Residential lines of property business requiring windstorm coverage, including, but not limited to, the following products: Commercial Property, Residential Property including HO6, Inland Marine, Cargo, and Yachts.

This Binding Moratorium only applies to new business and expired renewals, as well as new additions and/or exposure or limit increases to existing policies. We will communicate any further updates regarding this binding moratorium via email, social media and on our website.
