- Coverage F: Basement Contents- up to $10,000 or 75% of the limit
- Coverage G: Pool Repair and Refill- up to $10,000
- Coverage H: Unattached Structures- up to $50,000
- Coverage I: Temporary Living Expense: up to $50,000

No waiting period for home closings- Exceptions are a 10 days waiting period

Terms and Conditions
Insured receives terms and conditions privately through an email, and has five days to sign before the policy documents are populated. Once signed, the policy documents are accessed through the dashboard.
