How to Get My Logins?
As an appointed agent of London Underwriters, you have access to several InsurTech programs that allow you to directly quote and bind policies online. The process to obtain a login varies on the program. Here is a list of how to receive your specific login credentials:
Programs that allow an agent to quote and bind policies directly online.
It is the responsibility of the agent to create their individual Hiscox Now login.
Step 1: Access Hiscox Now through the online rater page on the London Underwriters’ website.
Step 2: Select create a Hiscox Now account
Step 3: Fill out your name, phone number, email, and password.
Next Insurance logins are provided by London Underwriters.
Step 1: London Underwriters will request your logins for you, directly from Next Insurance.
Step 2: Next Insurance logins are processed in three to five days using an agent’s email.
Step 3: Logins will be emailed to the agent.
Next Insurance does not require passwords but sends a verification code to the email that we have set up.
London Underwriters has limited logins to provide to our appointed agents. If you feel that Hippo would be a good fit for your agency, please submit your request for our review.
Step 1: Agents can request a Hippo login through the rater login page on the London Underwriter’s website.
Step 2: Click Request a Login.
Step 3: Download and complete the Hippo Agent Appointment application.
Step 4: Upload the completed Hippo Agent Appointment application, a copy of current E&O policy, copy of W9 Form, & agency and agents’ licenses to the Hippo Request Login page.
Step 5: London Underwriters will review and approve/ deny requests for agent logins.
Step 6: If approved, you will be required to attend a webinar before receiving your logins.
London Underwriters has limited logins to provide to our appointed agents, and we typically require agents to bind at least 3 policies with our Underwriting team to gain access to Attune. If you feel that Attune would be a good fit for your agency, please submit your request for our review.
Step 1: Bind at least three policies with Attune with your assigned underwriter.
Step 2: Access Attune through the London Underwriter’s website.
Step 3: Click Request a Login.
Step 4: Fill out the request for a login application.
Step 5: London Underwriters will review and approve/deny the login application
Step 6: If approved, London Underwriters will email you the credentials for logins.
Agents must request an individual login through Neptune Flood.
Step 1: Access the Login Request on the online rater page on the London Underwriters website.
Step 2: Request a login on Neptune Flood.
Step 3: Complete the Request a Login application
Step 4: Neptune Flood will review and approve/deny the application.
Step 5: If approved, Neptune Flood will email you the credentials needed to login.
Excess and Surplus Online Programs
Programs that allow an agent to quote online and the risks are submitted to an Underwriter.
AU Gold and True Premium
AU Gold and True Premium agency logins are provided by London Underwriters after the appointment process in a welcome email. It will list the agency’s usernames and passwords to both Excess and Surplus Online programs.
