Business Type: New Business and Endorsements to lower deductibles or add/increase coverage 

     

Effective Monday, October 26th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. EST, London Underwriters will be issuing a New Business and Endorsements binding moratorium for all policies requiring windstorm coverage in Georgia, Louisiana and Florida Panhandle Counties (Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Leon, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, Washington).


The Moratorium applies to both Commercial and Residential lines property business requiring windstorm coverage, including but not limited to the following products: HO6, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Cargo and Yachts.

This binding moratorium applies to new business and expired renewals, as well as new additions and/or exposure or limit increases to existing policies. We will communicate any further updates regarding this binding moratorium via email, social media and on our website.
