Binding Moratorium - Tropical Storm Mindy
Effective Thursday, September 9th, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. EST, London Underwriters issued a binding moratorium for all policies requiring windstorm coverage in North Florida and Georgia.
The Moratorium applies to both Commercial and Residential lines property business requiring windstorm coverage, including but not limited to the following products: HO6, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Cargo and Yachts.
This binding moratorium applies to new business and expired renewals, as well as new additions and/or exposure or limit increases to existing policies. We will communicate any further updates regarding this binding moratorium via email, social media and on our website.
