Adding a Licensed Producer to Coterie Dashboard

To add a Producer to your agency within Coterie's Dashboard, follow these simple steps:

If you don't have an account with LU One, please follow this quick guide


  • On the left navigation, go to “My Account” 

  • Select the “Agency” Tab




  • Scroll all the way down to the "Producers" section, click "Add User” and select either Licensed Producer or Non Licensed Producer.



  • Fill out the form and within 15 minutes the user will be created under you Agency view page.

  1. How long does it take to add new users?

    • Within 15 minutes, make sure you refresh your page.

  2. Who has the ability to add new users?

    • This is only available to users registered as Agency Owners in Dashboard.

  3. What information is needed to add a licensed producer?

    • Only an individual’s NPN (National Producer Number).

  4. How will a new user receive their login credentials?

    • They will receive an email from Coterie
